Calumet Colosseum

The Calumet Colosseum is currently owned by Calumet Township. This building was previously owned by the State of Michigan and occupied by the Calumet Detachment of the Michigan National Guard. At this time, the entire complex is controlled by Calumet Township and the Calumet Hockey Association. This facility will continue to be used as an ice arena, as well as a community center.

In August 2004, Residents of Calumet Township residents passed a 1 mill allocation to provide funding for operational expenses.

The Calumet Colosseum is a one-sheet facility with four large locker rooms. A concession stand is operated during both practice and game times.

George Gipp Arena

The George Gipp Arena is a smaller than regulation, one-sheet facility with four locker rooms. This arena is owned by the Village of Laurium, and is generally used for the Initiation and Mite program. Other teams use the facility for practice and rentals. A concession stand is operated during game times.
